  • Recommended Pannel Beater in Western Sydney

    Hi all,

I am looking for a body shop that someone has used in Western Sydney that has exp with VW's and is quick but good with the work.

I took my polo gti into Bob Jane Tmarts in Blacktown (Sunnyholt road) to get a wheel alignment and balance done and the young kid moving my car reversed it into another customers 4x4.
Not major damage but still enough to make me very angry and yell and scream as i also caught the offender doing a small wheelspin in my car and i have only had it for 3 weeks or so.

    Any recommendations would be appreciated
    Thx

the franchisee said "dont worry mate, we will get it fixed"...i laughed and made him write me a letter saying they would and that the damage was caused by them.
Sux arse tho, this is the first car i have owned in about 5 years due to having company car and not 3 weeks into me having it this happens...not happy.
Looking thru bodywork threads now. so angry that i didnt even think to look in there.

Man I'd be furious dude, sorry to hear that it happened. At least they're going to pay for the damages.

            If I were you.

I'd go to your local VW dealer, and ask VW which panel shop they use. Cause normally they only use the best. They might be more expensive but hey! you're not paying for it (thats what I did when another company fcked my car up).

also another note, i'd ask for a hire/courtesy car if its more than 2-3 days. tell Bob to pay it too...
