    Hi all

    Does anyone know how to remove the mirror covers for the 9N ... i got some gloss black mirror covers for my GTI but dont know how to take the ones i currently have on off ...

    Fold your mirrors in and then have someone else sideswipe you with their car hitting your mirrors. I found my drivers side cover popped out the other morning after have that happen. No damage though fortunately.

    Seriously though, i'm not sure of the official procedure but there was a clip on the front side of the cover where it clips into the base. It looked like you could probably put a bit of pressure there and then a bit of upwards force would probably get it to unclip from the base.
