Driver side footwell cover

Hey Guys,

I was vacuuming car and looked underneath dash in driver side footwell, and all i could see was a bunch wires. Something definitely looks missing. Should my polo have some type of cover protecting/obscuring this area?

No,
There is no cover on the underside of polo steering column. The wires may have become unlodged during travelling. Check if wire mounts have been dislodged
