That's cool. The new lines really bulk up the polo shape.
With awd it would be the ultimate small hot hatch, I think there's a lot of potential in that twincharged 1.4.

Yup AWD would definately solve the traction issues with a highly modded polo. Not to mention the good looks of this potential one. Drooling over it already. Lets hope our dreams and the inspiration ACTUALLY DOES come to reality AND (very important point) DOES come to Australia.

i've read about the Polo R, they are thinking about it but it's not sure it will go in production.

so far the rumors are that the GTI will have the 1.4 TFSi engine with 170Hp.
a bit less then Ibiza Cupra.
thats why they question about a Polo R with the same enine, but with 190Hp.
again, i've read about it but those are still rumors.

Would they release it as an R, or like with the current model, release a Cup version for Europe ?

                            hehehe tiny tractors are fun!

a polo .:R would be sweet but it sounds more like a gti-cup thing so far.

Gotta love photoshop That shot is of the GOLF R with a little tweaking

22500UKP would be the price of a Golf GTI. Makes no sense.
