Other than callipers and rotors there was something else you need to make them fit but I can't remember sorry, best ask Jimmy he put them on for me.

To fit these its full brake strip down, remove whell bearing hub assembly which will mean renewing the lock nut ( please do) and remove the back plate as the bigger TT brake disc will foul. Refit Bearing ass and New lock nut and new dust cover (i hope) and proceed to install the rotors, calipers/carriers and the calipers. Bled IAW instructions mentioned many times on here, as you are not only just replenishing the fluid you have had the system open so you will need top follow the Odd VW way for this platform, believe me it does work, difference between a really rubbish brake and a really nice progressive application.

from memory the rear tt dust covers wont fit straight on either aparently you have dremel the wheel bolt holes??? not sure on this can any one confirm?

You would need the plates from the high horse TT as the others are the same as your Polo, which has a smaller diameter and will foul, most people doing the mod leave them off mate, i worried about the abs stator and sensor at 1st but hasnt been any issues thus far.

so audi tt 225 dust covers should do it? im pretty sure ecs has them for round $50 american each. just gotta get a shopping list together before i order. cheers jimmy.
