Agreed, the OP needs some major ego stroking if he cares that his car doesn't have a 1.8T badgeOriginally posted by DubSteve View PostWow seriously to the OP you have posted some threads that are worthy of the humor section lol. hmmmm it's not the car so much that's a little limp wristedOriginally posted by Petrina Polo View PostMy car now has the 1.8T badge on it.. Looks perfect.. Fitted it millimetre perfect.
Sometimes you need to show a little teeth to ward off the opposition. The Polo Gti in standard form looks a little limp wristed.
Wont someone buy his car PLEASE.

Opposition? And you won't take it to the track...Originally posted by Petrina Polo View PostSometimes you need to show a little teeth to ward off the opposition. The Polo Gti in standard form looks a little limp wristed.
Why did you buy this limp wristed, street cred'less car? Think you need a supra or something that screams "its huge, i swear!"

Come on lets not implode on here.
Do we really want a forum where everyone is like minded and just slap each other on the back when we say something?. Where everyone walks with the same kink in their step and keeps inline?
Or someone like me who questions things about our car and acknowledges its limitations and considers some mitigation.

Petrina, you should hit the track...It may help you dispell some of the doubts you have about your car...Originally posted by noone View PostOpposition? And you won't take it to the track...

We are like this because we like our car for what it is...A fun, small car that has a bit of go about it and is fun in the windy stuff...Originally posted by Petrina Polo View PostCome on lets not implode on here.

Sure, we talk about the limitations of the car, and what we can do to overcome them, but, unlike you and some of the contributions to threads and your threads started, we don't come out and mod the car, then openly wonder why, and then complain about it not being as fast or as fun as your previous heavily modified Falcon and your current Commondoor V8... We accept it for what it is...Small, Fun, and cheap to run.
Now, back OT...
