I just thought the white and red lip would look great if you wanted the white look.

Realisticaly, any white wheel is going to get dirty anyway.
The lenso's just look a bit meaner than the fat flat's which make it look like a toy car.

But it is your choice, just offering my opinion.

Dont get white wheels, theyll be dirty the first corner you come to after cleaning em, then theyll stain and become grey wheels anyway.

Had a set on a red car, looked great for the 1st 6 weeks but you get VERY sick of cleaning em every 2nd day to keep em looking good and eventually theyll just turn grey on you.

The Pog with the grey TT wheels further up looked nice.

Sorry I have never been a fan of white wheels on a red car, or even jet black. Anthracite, grey or silver is the go IMO

Another Diablo / TT set on the Pog... Looks like there is a bit of a following.

I'm going to stick to the White (still some weeks to go, so we'll see)...

I can always get them powder coated later in another colour, Pink could look nice...

stick with the white just make sure to wax your wheels and then they'll be easier to clean, and then get your skirts colour coded

                Waxing, thats a good idea...

What tryes should i go for? I believe I can get the Kumho Ku31's on for the list price, any reason to pay more for different tyres?

I'm running those tyre aren't anything special car handles better through corners but I swear i get more wheel spin in a straight line, don't rate them in the wet either
They are better than the conties though, the tread pattern looks good too

                    Yeah waxing them is a good idea. A decent cleaner then helps remove dirt/grime with less effort. Here are the products I use to maintain my wheels;

Power wheel cleaner - this stuff is great....I use it every time I wash the car and it is amazing how it will remove brake dust... I can't recommend it enough

Found this red/ white combo buried in the picture thread:

I would love some of these on my black polo:

                            Thanks Philthy,

I think that on a red car, those wheels look damn nice... Hoping to get a budget version of that effect on mine...

Think that car is lower as well, so accept for fewer, fatter spokes, pretty similar effect.

I know they won't look that white for long, but don't know how people could dislike that effect.

                            Each to their own...

Well, if Plautos agrees, then I'm definitely in!!!

I know its just an opinion, but I don't think I've seen any other colour / finish strike such strong opinions as the white...

Guess its in a way the boldest colour (or lack of colour).
