I have a cubby. Rather neat as the old tray used to be like a launching pad for the mobile phone and wallet into the back of the car. I'm happy just to use mine to hold stuff.

Others have talked about modding them, so a search people on here have played around modding the tray/cubby section for Boost gauges and all sorts of things.

Ah... I've thought about doing that as well, until I decided to just upgrade my phone to the next gen iPhone with built in compass and step-by-step aGPS when it comes out at the end of the month hopefully.

Whatever GPS you're getting it had better be a really thin one and preferably with SUNA live traffic (got it in Perth yet?) - the cubby is pretty shallow.

Whilst you could have searched for this. They're awesome, much better then the useless tray.

got a tomtom v3 - thinking of putting it on rails so it flips into position from laying face down when opening...bit of messing around but the end result will be quite trick

cheers fellas...sorry for not being assed searching the forum - mods can delete this one if its really a problem

I had the same idea as well, except it'd be hinged on the bottom of the lid like a travel alarm clock
