Seems like we've had an influx of red pogo drivers! Just as well I didnt buy a red one because they'd be so common.

I just picked up a Brand New Polo GTi from Camberwell, the guys there are ace! Red, Cloth, Tint, decided to keep it light and simple. APR chip within three months.

Love my new toy and happy to be part of a Polo loving community.

FL00DY to be perfectly honest I'd rather you stay in Sydney after that comment. GTI or GTi...it's the second time you've mentioned this, surely you've got better things to worry about.

Big "I" little "i" what's the diff! There are a few little "i"'s in the member list, maybe we should effect a global change or take a poll? FL00DY, is the little "i" wrong? Please advise I will be interested to hear your response. In terms of meeting you all, maybe we can hold an annual VWWatercooled Drive day or something? Does this sound like a good idea to anyone else???

And if you didn't notice the MASSIVE smiley at the end you could work out that's a joke.

But since you mention it, it's not that small a thing. Suzuki Swifts are GTi, Peugeot's are GTi, VW's are GTI. So yes a VW GTi is wrong. Look pretty simply, I didn't make the joke to cause World War 3, just pointing out a fact not an opinion.

EDIT: dodgeGTI has a big I in his name and in his sig.

We need to tell Sid and the others then and maybe effect the change so we can end this WW3! No sweat FL00DY, I get your jokes and don't mind this harmless banter! Makes for good reading this early on hump day.

Floody, you caught me out! I am also an ex-Peugeot employee so maybe that's where I got it from.

Well some people aren't as quick on the uptake as yourself.

Whilst yes I like to make a joke out of the I vs i, you can see with the other car names it's not really a non-issue. As far as I'm aware there are different Trademarks for GTI and GTi.

haha well I can see how that would happen. You're working for VW in Melbourne? Which one? My apartment is down the road from South Yarra.
