Does anyone know the alignment specs for the POLO GTI? I can't seem to find it anywhere in the forum or on the net.

As nothing's adjustable apart from the steering rack,0 to a touch of toe out is about it.
    Caster and camber is fixed.
    Cheers

Sorry but thats an incorrect statement, the Camber can in fact be adjusted, the subframe can be moved for this. Castor is fixed. The camber at the front is - -35-40minutes, and the front toe is -10minutes +or minus 10minutes, pretty much parallel. The rear is fixed but can be shimmed. Rear camber is - -1degrees 30minutes.
      Hope this helps ya

It all gets done by a special tool, and moves the subframe left to right, doenst alter heaps but does adjust, Rick at Ricks Wheel align knows exactly the procedure. Give me your email addy and i can send you some piccies

Whilst not the same car on my R the procedure is as follows:

If values exceed the tolerances, the vehicle's transverse inclination
must be checked and corrected if necessary.
Only by moving the subframe is it possible to alter the camber to a
                minimum degree.
                – Loosen bolts -1- and -2-.
                – Move subframe until camber on both sides is
                even.
                - Tighten bolts to 100 Nm +90 degrees.
Moving the subframe can change the caster!
                After moving subframe, check caster.

Best to get someone who knows what their doing to do this.
                Cheers,

Yeah, but it doesn't change the overall camber... Just the difference between left and right.
