The guy called my mum and said that the esp isnt registering in Australia so he has to call SOUTH AFRICA cause thats where it was built to find out whats wrong with it and they have NO courtesy cars for 2 weeks.

I called and spoke to a lady and she said the service manager was busy and he will call me back.. He called back within 5 minutes and explained the problem thoroughly with me now i understand what was wrong.. And the car will be ready at 7am tomorrow.. And he was very friendly and nice.. first he said it will be done first thing tomorrow morning ready to be picked up at 8:30 and i said my mum will pick it up but she starts at 8:30 so he said alright ill get one of the boys to do it now so its gunna be ready by 7.
The problem was that the esp code they had wasnt for Australia they hadnt reprogrammed it once the car had been shipped here but Volkswagen sent them the right one.

Don't let it all fall over now, make sure you get your inspection report and get that guys card so you know who to ask for next time (hopefully there won't be one).
If you feel like pushing it, when you go, ask why this was not picked up previously (I would).
If there is anything else you want from them, now is the time to ask...
