Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

      believe about $160, not sure cos we got it through a mechanic friend and he hasn't billed me yet

              Badge is on the back
              Yes panel filter and you can hear the wind up of the turbo better but it pulls a bit harder now especially in the lower ranges.

                  Yeah its a great little car but I have noticed the flat spot that kicks in around 5k is getting a bit more prominent so its going to have to go back to volkspower for another diagnostic
