ok so I put my engine cover and cloth bonnett sound dampener thingy back on and the noisy 14lb flywheel ECS clutch kit certainly isn't as noticeable.
Can anyone tell me exactly why the lightened flywheel makes it a noisy kit? as opposed to a 20lb...sorry not super mechanically minded.

      Thanks

Found this whilst researching on Vortex

Any time you go from a dual mass flywheel to a single mass it causes a rattle due to a small space between the pressure plate and the TB, theoretically you could make a small washer that will fit in this place and keep it from rattling.... However the rattle has no effect on longevity or performance so I have not seen this done yet.
On top of that - perhaps the lighter the flywheel, the worse the noise?
