Removing Standard Stereo

I have a pair of the stereo removal tools for my polo. However there are 4 slots on the stereo. Can anyone confirm if I need all 4 tools or if I can get it out with just 2?

I just went to local stereo place and they pulled it out for free

You can get the stereo out with 2 keys if you unlock 1 side at a time.

last night i went into Autobarn, they told me they charge $44 to unclip the stereo, and $45 for universal keys which they cannot guarantee will fit the Polo then went over the road to Strathfield and they said they havent done a Polo before... wtf !?
