in japan, driveways arent like in aus where the road slopes slightly upwards onto an incline towards your house. there, road and driveway are most often same incline, with just a slight (3-4cms) step up into the driveway.Originally posted by mikepologti View Post

basically, it means slightly older cars (<10 yrs) can be had for cheap (think lexus ls500's, second hand, less than 7 yrs old, for around $12-$15k).
its not so much rice as flat out flamboyancy.... IMO Japanese cant be accused of rice as their racing, and their scene, is nothing short of legit.

Looks great either way IMO.
Pic below is obviously not a Polo, but it looks purposeful, reduces weight by 50g(?)... so that's a performance mod
I'd probably leave mine on to attract less attention, but I certainly don't think it is ricey to take it off.
Do what makes you happy Petrina... it is easy to undo if you change your mind.

I think that the pic above is ok, but (no offense) the other pic with the red forge logo and red IC piping looks like crap...JMO though...
Also as much as i love good looking vip cars, the people that put heaps of camber on, that ruins the whole look.... not to mentioln destroying the tyres, which usually arnt cheap for those rim sizes... just stupidity....Comment
