I think I did this before, I really like the tough look of remus exhausts and they are well made. You think this will fit on our Polos?
    06 Polo GTI - REVO Stage 2 = 140kw @ wheels.
06 Golf GTI - Bluefin Stage 1 blacked out with ED30 theme, leather, xenon, etc.

I think it's a lot of money for very little benefit. Looks a bit like 'dress-up' trimming more than functional modding. I mean ... good luck to you, if that's what you want ... but I could have a downpipe giving me another 10 kw at the wheels for that money.

I am looking at the same thing as well!!

I have measured the gap at the rear velance, there is only around 175mm for the exhaust pipe, and the exhaust you looking have 2 x 102 mm outlets plus the gap between the outlets, you are looking around 210mm... Which means, the box will fit but not the tips...

Remus make an exhaust for the 9N polo. Get in touch with your local dealer and enquire with them on price etc.
        Cheers,

Tried that too, it is around $1000AUD....

And the inlet is only 51mm <--- too small...

I am looking at universal exhaust that have a 60mm + inlet...

          And cant find any yet...

If you don't mind about the quality there are a range of universal rear mufflers available at both Autobarn and Repco. Alternativly you could just try an exhaust place.
            Cheers,

            John

              I know...

Those from autobarn and repco are hmm...

              Dont know....

Sound is the problem, those things sounds too loud....

I know x force is doing universal titanium exhuast and it is only around 400 bucks, but i m concerning with the noise level as well...

Those cannon type is much louder then the box type right?

Dont want to attract too much attention from the cops...

Miltek now do a downpipe/high flow cat as well as a cat back system that fits the Gti. There's a couple of clips on you tube and they sound pretty sweet.
APR V2 Tuned, APR Dogbone mount, APR R1 DV, K&N Panel Filter, SEAT Intake, Forge TIP & FSB, Bilstein & H&R, Whiteline RSB, Full Milltek 2.5" exhaust
