Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

That thread cracks me up! Isn't funny how the few people that really are getting their kickers in a knot are the wrx owners not polo owners?! I just can't believe some of the idiotic thoughts being said. And I tell you what; if that kid 'HULK' is an indication of the general level of intelligence of a typical wrx owner, then they can have their wrx's!!

Idiots. They bag the Polo for having an old Audi engine when Subaru's EJ motor has been around since 1989.

Thats exactly right. It just shows you how legendary this particular engine is. Its a pretty extraodinary engine to be honest. Although for higher outputs the internals need to be worked, I have seen figures as high as 450HP for the 1.8T in an Audi TT. And that is pretty phenominal to me.

Hey, man, as (im going out on a limb here) a typical Saturday night Chapel St. mario warrior, he has actual cred. Don't forget, he is a muscly boy ("pumped up"), and we are all hair dressers, right?
