Are the smaller calipers on the rear for the handbrake (if so how does this bypass the stock one)?

Yes it is for handbrake, I just have to connect the handbrake cable on it.

I will take some pictures under the car, for better understanding.

I’m using 14” rotors, and deep Hats.
I don’t measure my parts, so I don’t know how to tell you precisely which one is the right one.
