Auto spares Places - Do they think we are stupid?

A mixed bag of experiences here.. There are good and bad..

Overall... Supercheap, unless you know they have it, I wouldnt bother. You call them up, they say we need you to leave a $10 deposit so we can get it in.. So I have to come there, pay a deposit and then come back 2-3 days later when it arrives... ahh yep..

Bursen on the other hand, give em a call and they get it in.. Turn up once and get it..

It must be just a particular problem that I had, otherwise Bursen are good..

Thats because bursons havent been stung by the accc yet. (if paying deposit)

As burson hasnt been around for terribly long. You will soon see them not ordering somthing without a deposit. Costs them too much in freight everytime a customer either doesnt show up. Or orders the wrong thing.
