It looks like the part of the clip that holds the section inside the spare wheel.
It holds the strap that holds the tool section in.

I know exactly where it came from.
But no idea how to explain.
If you are sitting in the back seat and looking towards the front. Look directly to your right. There will be a little rectangle cut in the side plastic which is where it pops into.
