    Great analogy...

The Physics relates to the ability of a single water droplet to remove heat from the object it is leaving when it evaporates. when you do this with a very fine mist, the thousands of droplets per second add up to enable some of the heat to be dissipated and the surface area is cooled (further than what air on its own can achieve).

Is it going to change much? at very high temperatures, it would help, but how much relies on the experience of those who have had success / failures with this cooling method.

Sounds like a bit of fun to me... Probably more effective than the Pikey mod I've done

its known as latent heat. its the same reason perspiration cools your body down. when the water evaporates off your skin it absorbs a lot of energy (heat) from your body.

whilst it may be effective, as already suggest, cyro is going to be better again. The main issue with the water spray kit is that it really needs to separate motor and bottle to run than your window washer. Reasons being to get the required mist takes a decent amount of pressure, more than that of your window washers.

The other PITA is do you go down the evo or sti path of activation. Put a button on the dash for manual activation or set it electronically via some form of thermostat (expensive).
