  • APR Race mode?

Hey guys, when I was changing programs from APR'd to normal, I accidentally forgot to take the key out, and when switching it back to ignition, I noticed that the ESP and ABS lights were lit on the dash. I couldn't turn the ESP back on via the switch above the head unit either. I did fix it by changing programs properly, but was just wondering is this some sort of race mode? Like in a Ferrari?

i'm pretty sure whenever you turn on your car those lights come up for a few seconds while the computer does a quick check to make sure they are connected and working. the lights then start going off one-by-one.

sounds strange about not being able to turn ESP back on though... Guy may be the best person to answer this one.

It's more like a ECU is confused mode.

You half changed the tune. If you drive it for a while the lights will go off, I imagine while still running the stock tune.
