cambelt change and timing reset for BBY Polo

Hey, was thinking of having a go at changing my sister's car's timing belt over the weekend but it looks a bit gnarly for me Its an '03 Polo Club BBY engine.
Anyone got any 'how to' tips??
Would be greatly appreciated
