Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Polo 9N3 GTi SEAT Sport intercooler

    I have a genuine SEAT Sport front mount intercooler which I no longer require and I will be selling.

    Unfortunately there is small nick in one tube. I know JB Weld will solve the leak 100% (it fixed another small nick but I did not notice the second nick at the time - don't ask).

    Thoughts on whether I should sell as is or JB Weld repair first and pressure test?

      It I understand that they are just about unobtainable these days and I need to do some online research.

      It made good power on the Underground Moorabbin dyno.

        You can buy Airtec ones easily, so I wouldnt bump the value based on its OEMness

            Piping is pretty simple - amazed at what they ask for it online.
