Hey Spec83, some good technical data there. Although, if we're referencing the Polo GTI intake thread, we should note that there was no distinction made between the K03 or K03S turbo then. So which turbo is shown on your chart this time?
It is the same chart and based on the related site information I belive the efficency chart is for a 150hp K03 turbo... I doubt the K03S would look much different apart from moving the efficency 'islands' a little to the right on the map...
With the right tools and dyno you can acually build this map yourself

the mk5 GTI had a Vag com function where it can run 1 bar of boost at idle to diagnose leaks!
From what I understand, unless you have a modified idle control valve that forces the air through the engine on a closed throttle then dumps heavily fuel saturated air into the exhust manifold where it ignites (hence spinning the turbo at idle) that is impossible... Can you provide any mech/elec diagrams of this system working in a stock mk5??
Also, anti-lag tends not to be too helpful to turbo / manifold due to the location of the 'explosions'
