How are people with adjustable rear dampers accessing the adjusting screw? I contemplating drilling a hole through the wheel well into the boot, is that a dumb idea?
My rear dampers have only 1 way adjustment on a collar on the shaft above the damper body so I can lie on my back with my arm up in the arch to twist it..........just. Sounds like yours is a screw further up. In that case I would drill if it looked like all that was needed was a simple hole to access it and a grommet could be fitted to the hole to stop grime/dust/water getting in.
