Otical Parking Sensor for Polo

I have moved to a new place, with a very tight garage. I parking sensors before I start scratching my Polo and the garage (which will translate into the landlord holding to my dear bond). I contacted my local VW, and they said they have reverse distance measuring sensors but it is not the OEM one, and they said there is no OEM one for Polo. While browsing ebay, I came across this one:

I contacted the seller, and he said that module integrates into my car's Discover Media.

Then I contacted my local dealer with the part number for the sensor, and he just replied back with "That part number is just a module no sensors"

Not to mention I want sensors for the front bumper as well. That ebay link is only for the rear sensors

Anyone has any ideas to help me?
