I have the exact same issue. Could not get it to work on my own. Haven't had a chance yet to take into to VW to be looked at. Hopefully an easy fix. -
So i went to Volkswagen, they plugged in there machine and it was giving a fault code for the microphone so they need to replace the unitComment

When you say replace the unit, do you mean the whole head unit or just the microphones?Comment
