Window tinting drama

I got my windows tinted today but when I went to collect my car they had left a gap on the driver and passenger side windows towards the pillar in the middle, there reasoning for this was they cant get close enough to the edge of the window, as the seal has felt on it.

Has anyone experienced a simular problem?

I find it hard to believe this is a reputable company. My Polo GTI, brand new fully tinted by TopTint Mornington and it looks factory.

I was that annoyed I asked for them to take the tint off and give my money back, I asked them over the phone if they had any trouble tinting polos!

I had it done privately with a guy that worked at MotorOne. Job was Like factory (cos he does it for dealerships).
There's no excuse - my last car, a Honda Accord they even tinted the rear window where the brake light was.
Also our Jazz they tinted that little triangle on the front.
If they are genuinely interested in doing a good job then they would be able to do it no matter what.

My tint goes right into the fuzzy felt. Has been like that since 2008.

Got the polo tinted at tko today, done an absolute brilliant job!

Just a heads up don't take your car to peel tinting aka aaa tinting
