Polo 77tsi brakes upgrade?

I'm now finding the little brakes on the 77 tsi polo become heavy and smokey on tracks days and runs like going down Macquarie pass.
I want to know if anyone has knowledge about gti calipers fitting the car or otherwise larger brakes from elsewhere?

I should have some Gti brakes for sale at the end of the month. Not sure if any ESC reprogramming would be required after the change or if the car would figure it out itself. Keep an eye on my 'For Sale' thread for details.
