Your favourite feature?

What's your favourite feature in your car?

I'm not talking about the obvious things like how it looks or drives or sounds, but those little things that make owning your Polo stich a joy.

For me, it's the storage. Drawers under the seats, two pockets behind the gear stick, and a great big glove box with special compartment for the owner's manual.

+1 for the special compartment in the glove box & the drawer. All the tactile controls, general perceived quality is also a big plus for a compact.

I love the GTI steering wheel. It fits so comfortably in my hands. It can take pretty much all the credit for fixing my hand placement too, I had some pretty bad habits before.

Small thing, but that little plastic strap on the sun visor. Great for carpark tickets!

Don't laugh at me, but every time I see the corners i'm turning into light up, or I see another VAG car with static cornering lights on as they are turning, makes me a little happy

For some reason I really like having the little blinker lights on the inside of the side mirrors.

Sooo many things I like

- GTI steering wheel (everyone who has a comfortline needs to get one!)
- GTI Seats (Okay.. I know i am a try hard, but i couldnt find the leatherette ones and these were cheap... once again, get some, they are brilliant!!)
- Hill start assist (Great for....well... starting on hills, reminds me of my old subaru leone days)
- That false bottom in the boot
- The Boa vista wheels (great looking and easy to clean)
- The manual gearbox (so smooth....)

I was going to call bull**** on this one, I searched the car and couldn't find it, went through the manual twice and couldn't find it, had one more look and eventually found the section that you where referring to in the manual. Going up to the car now to see if there is actually a vest inside.

I read the manual front-to-back the night we got the car. I've known about it for a while haha
