I plug my usb to the media input in the glove box today.all good for the music.when i turn the car off,my usb still light up,does it means the car still powering the usb?would it drain the battery if i leave it plug in?

No it won't, the car has an automatic switching relay that cuts power to accessories after a period of time, so long as your key is removed. This is to stop you daring the battery.sigpic
