VW 2 yr extended warranty or Allianz 3yr New vehicle warranty (cheaper)?

Hey guys, I have been quoted the following for 2011 Polo GTI (approx. 29,500kms) extended warranty:
VW Dealer: 2 years Extended factory warranty $1460
Allianz broker: 36 months New Vehicle Warranty from Allianz for $1300

Any advice on which one to go for? My usage is expected to be <10,000 kms per year.

Allianz allows you to choose the repairer...VW extended warranty is under written by Allianz .......my suggestion is Allianz as there will be a day soon you won't ever go back to a dealer ship for service or repairs.......
