Which spark plugs for Polo 6R GTI??

I was searching for the right spark plugs for my Polo GTI and I just wanted to know if somebody knows which spark plugs would be the right ones, I'm after the NGK Iridium brand and I would like to know if someone knows the number for them, thanks.
