Odd noise at just over 1k revs

Hi all,

I have an odd intermittent noise at just over 1k Revs on my GTi, and was wondering if anyone knows what it may be? a link to a video is below.

I was thinking it could possibly be a faulty sound actuator?

Have you tried disconnecting the sound actuator and seeing if the odd noise disappears?
