Purchased wife's new Polo today. Flash Red TSI77. Got the upgrade of Comfort & the Sports Package plus Factory Sunroof. Took one for a test drive and was happy with how it performed. Delivery in 2 weeks. Good sales experience for me.

By my calculations, it should've cost about $25,200 (DSG) or $22690 (Manual) thanks to the volksfest sale, hope you got a good price
What are you driving now since the car was stolen and written off?
sigpic Mods: 18x7.5 Tenzo Tracer, EZ Lip, Piano black front/rear emblems, Metallic foot rest, Gloss black vinyl wrapped roof, Weitec Hicon GT coilovers, HP CAI

My mum's 2002 Commodore >_<, I've actually ordered a new Polo GTI 3dr now. Most of my car findings are peppered in the what would you buy after the Polo GTI thread
Thanks for responses, yes your calc's are very close from memory. Looking forward to having a go of it, if I can get the wife out
Been looking out for one today on the road ....nil ???

Picked it up yesterday. All good, had a few surprises in the boot Was also given a bottle of oil, which I find odd. "Just keep an eye on it before the first service as the running in period may use excessive amounts." Not what you want to here on a new purchase. Anyhow happy with the looks and finish of the product. Hopefully doesn't use as much as my air cooled

Na 77tsi (that's what was originally posted) which is interesting. The 1.2tsi engines don't have oil consumption issues so its interesting they supplied a bottle.
I've done 60,000km and mine hasn't used a single drop of oil. You would hope that's the standard for cars these days but then you have the GTI and well enough said...
