Apparently was told that it might be low on power steering fluid or faulty steering sensor

Hey sorry its ben a few days since I replied...

Its written on my service reports that its a characteristic and i have an email that says there is now nothing more they can do for me.

Gavs, if everything on the alignment report check out, what else could it be? Is it possible that its structural? A twisted chassis maybe?


I dont really know where to go from here and am left with a car that pulls to the left and chews tyres

Have you changed or modified anything to the car? Sounds like a bad shocks or Rims and Tyres.

Mine has pulled from New too... not too badly but definitaly does.

Will be discussing it with Dealer soon.

Did we ever figure out the solution to this? My 2013 polo, which I've had from new and now has 9000kms has done this since day 1. Took it back several times to the dealer and to Fulcrum. Dealer was no help (Norris Motor Group), saying it's normal to do that. Fulcrum offered a solution but it was far far too expensive. I'm on to VW Aus now to see where that gets me.
