Polo Trendline March 2013 build--Problems?

Hi,

I bought a new Polo Trendline 7S DSG built March 2013 and have had multiple problems with it, including a leaking radiator.

Has anyone else experienced problems with their Polo built around this time?

Any input is appreciated, thanks.
