I'm in no hurry to part with my boavistas (in boxes as we speak) however if the right buyer comes by (Sydney Metro preferable for pickup) I have a set I'm willing to part with for the correct price (don't pm me with silly offers especially if you know what they are worth).

When I get some time I'll snap some photos and start a topic in the FS thread.

what is this "clean" of which you speak

All it takes is someone to mention them and they come out of the woodwork.... like I say, i paid $600 for my bare boa's but they were mint..... i think i got a good deal if i am honest, because as you say, they're not that common in the 2nd hand market.

Really nice looking wheel for OEM.

One thing i noticed though was given their extra weight, you do notice acceleration drop a little.

If you're in need of any 6n1 parts, odds are that I am going to have them (dismantling 2 at the moment)

I was going to get the sports pack, but there was nothing in stock and couldn't wait for one to be ordered.

I love the Boavista 5 spoke design and hopefully someone knows where I can get them from!

            thanks!
thanks for your suggestions guys - good news tho, VW have found me a 77tsi polo that has the comfort and sports pack! no need for aftermarkets. pretty happy about that.

                Hey guys,

Just a reminder mine are for sale (not in a rush to sell at bargain basement prices especially being so rare).

Sydney Metro Pickup only (Re-most people Pm'ing interstate wanting these wheels).

P.S Before I get Pm's from people in a rush for wheels, cash cowboys throwing low ball offers view this listing first as an example how cheap I'm selling mine compared to global sellers:

                Rare factory wheels not reps

                Regards,

... and not that this had anything to do with boa's (well it sort of does), if you're getting a car and want to offload your brand new 15" lakesides cause you're changing to a wheel like the boa right off the bat (see... slightly related ), let me know because I will have them.
