Just wondering how I check the air filter in between services? A little daunted by the tech and turbo wanting to do it properly.

There are 4-5 hex/star type screws that hold the box together - just unscrew these and the top pops off. Also to make it easier on yourself you can disconnect the top air hose using some pliers.
There unfortunately isn't anyway to open this easilty. most cars have little clips that you undo by hand to change the filter but nope not this one...
