VIC S.E. Pub Lunch/Snitty??

Hey Guys,

The last few outings have had a small-ish turn out but a great bunch of people... Would anyone be keen on a fun drive followed by a snitty and a beer somewhere for a Saturday or Sunday arvo? I know we're not all on our full license - but I used to get along to pub lunches back in my P plate days and just have soft drink

Having lived in Victoria for literally 32 days, I'm hardly authoritative on where a good pub or drive is... But surely we can brainstorm and come up with a plan, either in here or shift to the Das Social Club subforum...

Anyways, thoughts - I'm all ears, would love more chances to be shown around the place

I didn't actually have this weekend in mind, or any particular date to be honest, just thought I'd create a thread where some ideas could be thrown around, but...lets go for Sunday!

I've got some stuff on on Saturday, and Sarah doesn't start work 'til 1730 on Sunday so we should be able to work something out.

I'm thinking meet somewhere around 1100 - 1130, end up at a pub by 1500 - 1530 (That's 3 - 3.30 for you non 24 hour types...), giving me time to get Sarah back home in time to toddle off to work (assmuing we don't end up far far away...).

So what's the general consensus? I can't make any suggestions for where to go for drives or eats, I don't know anywhere! Lets throw some ideas around, and if there is enough interest by the end of tomorrow night, we'll do it!

Im in Perth on Sunday so Sunday is out for me, but i will go for a drive any time in the future hahahaha you can see i really feel like a spirited drive.

Philip Island is a pretty freakin' long drive haha! Was more so thinking three hours and a beer or similar. Surely there are more roads like the alpine run we did the other week? C'mon locals, help a newbie out!
