Hey everyone, just wondering if you have done a DSG Adaption and if it fixed any problems you were having.
The reason I ask is because in relation to the problem I am having (drops the clutch in 2nd, 3rd (really hard) and all the other gears). I have finally found the official term people are going by is "Bucking" on google after searching for many things. I thought I was the only one with this problem but it seems to be quite widespread which surprised me.
The other thing that I found most interesting was when someone mentioned they had these problems after the 15,000 service which is about the same time mine started.
I then go to look at my service sheet to see that the dealership Re-adapted my DSG at the 15,000 service. Upon investigating what the Adaption procedure entails I can see it takes about an hour to do and I highly doubt that the dealer spent an hour driving my car.
I'm just wondering if anyone has had this "Bucking" problem and if a "Proper" by the book Adaption would help.
