Just wondering if anyone has come across uprated clutch packs for the DQ200 yet?

As much as I love the smell of burning clutch, my Polo probably doesn't and will need an upgrade soon

I'm getting mine replaced in a week so I assumed it will be one of the revised versions

You might want to speak to Gavs too

Looking at your signature too - if you've had all those upgrades done and now you're having clutch issues you might find it hard to get VW to do it under warranty.

I know Gavs is having that fight at the moment!

nah, I wouldn't expect VW to cover it under warranty. especially running custom DSG software...

i'm hoping someone comes up with a heavy duty set for this gearbox

Yeah, was going to tell you that Guy has updated clutch packs.

Guy, is it just the actual clutches you supply or the entire clutch pack assembly including drive plate and pressure plates?
