I've witnessed this 'launch' whilst at a VW dealership;

A stressed parent with a screaming bratty kid was trying to take off in her car just collected after being serviced. She pushed it into neutral obviously and all I could hear was endless 4k rpm rev bouncing. A second or so later I hear tires screeching as she whilst having it bouncing off 4k rpm limiter just pushed it into drive....

For a fwd Tiguan, it left a nice skid...
