Hi guys,

On the train atm so I can't write this up as detailed as I had hoped.

So I've managed to obtain some pricing on several parts and was wondering who else might be interested so we could do a better deal.

Vw have released carbon fibre mirror caps, which they can source for me, delivered for about 85 euro.

Milltek; off their website.

Package 3 for 550 plus 95 delivery in euro. This is cat back.

Package 4 for 1219 plus 115 euro for hi flow cat turbo back.

And reiger carbon look diffuser for 219 euros delivered.

There are other parts too, just pop them in here and ill see what they can do.

If anyone is keen please let me know and wecan organise a group deal

Quite cheap as we miss out on VAT. I have a feeling these will take a while to get to Aus as they have to order from VW first.

As for the diffuser, they told me they have them in stock immediate delivery LOL!!

Its a Japanese company, I found it by accident one day. Google "polo 6r carbon bonnet" and it should pop up. I believe however it is just the skin.

Actually Gavs, it's a German company.

I've had dealings with them and they are cheaper than buying from the US companies.

Not Orange Tuning, the company producing the Carbon fibre bonnets is what I meant. I know Orange Tuning are from Deutchland

The bonnets pop up on Ebay.de every now and then. Made from fibreglass with carbon skin, usually between 500 and 600 €. Weight according to some websites: 6,9kg.
There was 1 available yesterday with open bidding but it was taken off due to unavailability before auction end

Any idea how much they reckon that Carbon hood weighs? And how much are they likely to charge to send 5 to Australia?

Should we be worried they can't even spell Volkswagen on their site?
