Broken Aerial

Just came back to my car after leaving it parked in a public place only to find some awesome person has snapped off the aerial on my 2011 Polo TSI

Apart from being absolutely fuming at whoever did it, i'm now going to be up for the cost of replacing it. Any ideas how much this is likely to cost? The "chip" still seems to be attached, just the actual aerial and associated housing was snapped off.

this is exactly what happened in my old polo pacific, but i actually had a small dent in the roof too. and also the seal in the aerial broke so the aerial rubber/plastic base started to perish. i had to have the aerial base replaced and the dint taken out cost me ~250

Was expecting ~$300. So that seems about right, i'll ring around tomorrow. Awesome.

Any CCTV footage around? Would report it to the police in case any fingerprints, etc...

Might find a replacement shark fin GPS antenna on eBay
