First new car

Hey guys,

I'll be picking up my Polo GTI in a couple of days at the dealership since its my first time buying a new car are there anythings I should especially be wary of? What kind of things should I look into detail (in terms of checking the quality of the car e.g. paint job etc.)?

Make sure you check the floor mats are in, they come with the car, they're not an option or accessory. See if they'll let you take it for a little test drive before you sign for it. Check for rattles and that it drives nicely brakes & suspension wise. Checking it over for paint scratches & minor damage is also a good idea, make sure you check all sides of the car not just driver's side.
