help with dirt in door hinge grease

Hey all,

Just wondering if anybody has this same problem, or has a solution. When washing my car I am having trouble with the water getting into the door areas and mixing with dirt that has gathered in the door hinge grease, and it is ridiculously hard to clean off. Does anybody know of any ways to manage/prevent this, or know of any products that will clean this off easily. My first thoughts were maybe bug and tar remover???

Yeah, or degreaser, but you will then need to reapply white lithium grease after washing.
