theres been a bot of interest in the RVC bracket. Its going to be a little while off any production of QTY due to work. so here is some pics just to let you know it hasnt come to a stand still. This is the second prototype as the originaly i copied involved cutting the hatch for it to work and pushed it further back into the lid.

The camera is removed from the badge via 4 screws. the bracket goes over badge and is secured clmping the badge and sealing it on the lid. once adjusted so it sits in the centre the camera is then mounted back on. As i said its a prototype. the production models will be trimed u[ neater and hopfully podercoated depending on cost.

Hi Lunchbox,

VERY GOOD ! I hate to hassle but my boy is desperate for the adaptor ,His car will be here in around 3 or 4 weeks ,I have the Local retrofit guy coming round to fit RNS-510 H version along with the GPS version off the roof whip ,He said he will wire in the RVC and leave it to be finished off by me when the adaptor is available . He has a little Polo R line in silver and this will just finish it off nice.

I managed to get my bracket to a laser cutter today. But I was then informed 30 min later i now have to go away for work for three months overseas. There was no time frame as too when they will be finished and as I'm leaving on Monday I would say I won't have before then. I will controll orders via computer but won't have accesse all the time. I will get my wife to post them out but I ask you be patient as she dosnt go to town every day. I'll will post out cost when there done. First batch is only about twenty I will do more when there is still interest after I return.

I would like one ASAP how much $ do you use Paypal ? I can pay now This is the best news I have had in Days , i just ordered the camera kit .

Did you have to remove any plastic from the camera housing , I was looking and thought maybe as there appeared to be lugs that maybe hook behind where it screws on.

Forgot I had a build thread for a moment. Works been busy but i still managed to order some bits.

bit of a over cast day and just when i needed the camera to fire it played silly buggers and wouldnt work on anything but auto.

im yet to recieve my tail lights. was chashing Tunning funatics for a tracking number with no reply so i raised a claim with paypal and then the emailed back saying that DHL had lost it. asked for my money back and no reply for either. raised another claim with paypal and got a refund through that. now iv orded them through kufatec.

Got mine for about $220 and the misses didn't even notice the difference till I asked. Even then she only noticed the height and not h IDE difference.

what height did you go for and did you fancy fitting another set

25/40, back can be a little harsh on big bumps (driveways and big pot holes) but under normal driving there fine and for that reason I wouldn't go the 35/55. Could fit another set at the right price you also need to replace some nuts but its just $20-30 extra

Fuel pump went today. read all about it in the polo 6R problem thread http://www.vwwatercooled.com/forums/...45487-131.html. Got my euro black tails and can't put them on yet.

Ordered my first set from tuning fanatics and after 7 weeks had to get a refund for none delivery. Ordered the next set from kufatec.
Paid on the 16 April. Arrived today (22nd) only 4 working days.
