Was a good run, the girlfriend was feeling sick so I couldn't go too hard No cops which was unusual. Got held up a few times but thats to be expected .

I didnt get any sort of presentation at all. It was just out in the carpark. The jr salesman came out and tried to explain the features controls. As if he new more about the car than me. Yeaaah right... just gimme the key and the goddam bluetooth and and get the driveway clear! Got more of a presentation buying a used car from fleetsales.

I got a bottle of wine and 2 VW wine glasses. Car was presented ready to drive straight out side the building and down the road. They took a picture of us with the car then sent us a copy in a nice card. The stuff I was shown was only things that where not obvious. Sales rep knew I wasn't retarded.

They gave us flowers and vw keyrings. Will get propper photos when it's not raining. Before it made it out the showroom floor I installed the dsg paddle extenders...lol... the salesmen actually really liked them.

My salesman had to get the car resprayed twice before we could pick it up due to scratches down the side and on the bonnet (my car was a loan car for the service dept.). When we eventually picked it up it was about 8:00 PM because they were running late and they wanted to give it to us that day, then he spent about half an hour explaining how to use the bloody lights and wipers. And the RCD 510, the seats, under the bonnet, the boot handle, the key. He also insisted that the car had Bluetooth, I kept saying that I know it doesn't and by the time we discovered that it actually didn't have Bluetooth the salesman had been fired because he was caught speeding in a company car. Every time we need to get a warranty claim they just blame it on the people we get the car serviced with (Berwick Prestige) and it can take multiple phone calls to get them to understand that Berwick Prestige hasn't even touched the broken part.

There's a reason they're called stealers.

Wow, that's just not professional at all. Just bad luck, I guess one can be good whislst the next bad. Had nothing but a good experience so far at gold coast Volkswagen. Always seating us, making us coffee and drinks and just all round friendly. Nothing was missing from our order, everything was fitted ready to go.
